Tuesday', even though she garnered the popular vote in the Primaries, having cages set up for any
Clinton supporters who may DARE question the Gestapo like tactics of this CONvention, as in, hold up a
Hillary sign, and set up a different arena full to the brim of Obamamorons, to make sure no unruly, testy
Clinton supporters can voice their opinion or GOD HELP THEM, show support for the candidate who won
the vote of the PEOPLE.
I'm damn mad at the DNC for many, many reasons.
Stealing the nomination away from Hillary, giving her delegates to someone who didn't have his name
on the ballot, tossing out Clinton delegates and making them NObama delegates while giving absurd
and psychotic reasons like they have a gender quota, but I am also mad and raging because they took
away from me something I have looked forward to like a kid at Christmas as far back as I can remember.
The Convention.
I can remember being only 17, being forced to vacation with my parents. They went out on the town. I
opted to stay in the hotel room and watch the Convention. No matter how sad and pathetic the Dem
ticket was, I watched with reckless glee, excitement and wonder. Being such a political animal, this was
heaven to me. But never was it such a gift, such nirvana, such a over-the-top bundle of joy, as it was in
1992.
There was Bill and Hillary and a very young Chelsea. SO proud, SO overwhelmed, SO happy, SO joyous.
And then we got him again in 1996. Happy Birthday to me.
Now? The DNC has become everything, and worse, they have always accused the RNC of being. I am
now ashamed to be connected with it, hence my departure after 30+ years of being a proud Dem,
wearing my "dyed in the wool Dem" hat. For reasons that still remain unclear to me, except that they
are psychologically obsessed with hatred for the Clintons, they are ramming a no-experience, lying racist
down everyone's throat and pushing him forward and upward onto a pedestal. A con artist, who had
his thugs work their NObama tactics at the caucuses to secure the Clinton ballots and make sure they
saw the inside of a dumpster, repeatedly labeled the Clintons card carrying members of the KKK, and
cheated and bullied his way to Denver.
All I read on blogs/articles written by Obamamorons is how self aggrandizing the Clintons are, how
self-entitled they are, how over the top they are, how self-absorbed they are. Pardon the hell out of
ME, but aren't they describing their Plastic Jesus? Never has a candidate made his own Presidential
seal, when they weren't even the nominee yet, never has a candidate MOVED Party headquarters to his
corrupt little town, never has a candidate arranged to have their speech held in a different arena than
the CONvention simply to be surrounded with adoring cultists with no interference from supporters of
the true winner, never has a candidate had designers make t shirts, bags and the like because he is just
so friggin' special. There simply are few walking this green Earth who are as self-absorbed,
self-contained, self-consumed and have such a psychotic obsession with self as NObama. For WHAT
reason, only he knows, because it sure ain't his intellect, experience, governing abilities, knowledge of
foreign OR domestic policy. He is a true walking breathing living definition of megalomania. And we
thought Bush was nuts.
So the first time since I was about 12 or so, I will not be enjoying and watching every second of the
CONvention. In fact, I will only watch Hillary and Bill. Then the whole place can be washed away by a
tidal wave, with all of them in it, as far as I'm concerned.
So, yes, I'm damn mad at the DNC over their NObama obsession but I'm also damn mad at them for
taking way my Party. I didn't leave the DNC, it left me.

In this way, should one of them be wandering around when Barack Obama and his entourage are
preening and prancing around Denver, the poor and homeless will at least look better to them.

But Barack Obama and our party Leaders aren't ALL bad. No sir. They wanted to help the
Homeless by getting them off the streets. Not because they Offend, mind you, but because they
Care. So, they arranged for Free Bingo Games and movie tickets and temporary housing - even
museum tickets!- to keep them off the streets during the convention. Brings a tear to your eye
doesn't it?
Last month The Ticket wrote that officials in Denver, worried about the impression
that 50,000 visitors to the Democratic National Convention would get next week,
were planning to hide the estimated 4,000 homeless people who hang around the
city's downtown area.
They arranged for free movie passes and bingo games to get them off the street, as
well as temporary housing and free tickets to the zoo and Museum of Nature and
Science.
I'm sure homeless people are very pre-occupied with tickets to the zoo and Museum of Nature,
don't you?
Anyways, Once the convention is over, the dirty things can just go back to the streets and be
grateful that at least they got themselves a haircut this year, compliments of Barack Obama and
the Party Of The Poor.
God bless our Democratic Party and Barack Obama! This is just one more reason I am so proud to
be a Democrat this year. They really Care!

Supposedly Joe Biden will bolster the foreign policy cred of a kid who clearly isn't ready for prime time.
But there are problems, oh so many problems.
Ben Porrit, McCain spokesman, was able to point out the biggest one. During the primaries as a candidate
for president:
"Biden has denounced Barack Obama's poor foreign policy judgment and has
strongly argued in his own words what Americans are quickly realizing - that Barack
Obama is not ready to be President."
What we're going to see is a whitewashing of that record. But let me just quickly demonstrate that the
McCain camp is telling the truth.
But The Associated Press story is, [ Biden pick shows lack of confidence ].
So apparently at some level Obama agrees with Joe Biden and John McCain that he just isn't really ready.
Beyond the fact that Biden is angry, he's arrogant, he thinks he knows everything, he's condescending, he's
aggressive and bullying, he says one stupid thing after another, and he absolutely positively will not shut his
mouth, his foreign policy credentials actually serve to actually denounce Obama's own puny record. That
can't be good.

said NObama was not qualified to be POTUS. Oh and also, his SON had Larry Sinclair yanked off the
streets and thrown in jail for no reason, other than opening his mouth about NObama.
Maybe this is payback to Biden for that little favor his son did for Barky.

"From Obama, Rezko got 'political favors' including '14 million from taxpayers.' Now, he's a convicted felon, facing jail. That's a housing problem," the announcer adds.

Obama said he would do everything possible to end the war in Iraq and emphasized the need for a political solution yet he failed to show up to vote for Sen. Before we go any further, let me stop to say this: YES, I also believe that Obama was born in the USA. I also believe that the Obama COLB reflects his original birth certificate. Read this blog. The presidency is decided by the electoral vote, and whoever gets 270 electoral votes wins.
We have only to recall that Al Gore won 500,000 more votes than Bush did, but Bush got to the
White House. (Yes ... yes ... I know ... it was the U.S. Supreme Court that gave that election to
Bush ... no need to remind me.)
The point is that four presidents have gotten to the White House in spite of NOT winning the
popular vote (in 1824, 1876, 1888 and 2000).

nomination in Denver), the media will BLAME HILLARY for Obama's loss.

A few years ago, executives at the prestigious University of Chicago
Medical Center were concerned that an increasing number of patients
were arriving at their emergency room with what the executives
considered to be non-urgent complaints. The visits were costly to the
hospital, and many of the patients, coming from the surrounding South
Side neighborhood, were poor and uninsured.
Michelle Obama, an executive at the medical center, launched an
innovative program to steer the patients to existing neighborhood
clinics to deal with their health needs.
That effort, in time, inspired a broader program the hospital now calls its
Urban Health Initiative. To ensure community support, Michelle Obama
and others in late 2006 recommended that the hospital hire the firm of
David Axelrod, who a few months later became the chief strategist for
Barack Obama's presidential campaign.
Axelrod's firm recommended an aggressive promotional effort modeled on
a political campaign -- appoint a campaign manager, conduct focus
groups, target messages to specific constituencies, then recruit religious
leaders and other third-party "validators." They, in turn, would write and
submit opinion pieces to Chicago publications.
One key recommendation from Axelrod's firm: "Respond quickly to
opposition activity."

Qualifications for President

former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania; former candidate for Governor and
U.S. Senate in Democratic Primaries; former Chair of the Democratic Party in
Montgomery County; former member of Democratic State Committee; an attorney with
offices in Montgomery County, PA and an active practice in Philadelphia, PA, filed a
lawsuit in Federal Court today, Berg vs. Obama, Civil Action No. 08-cv-4083, seeking
a Declaratory Judgment and an Injunction that Obama does not meet the qualifications to
be President of the United States. Berg filed this suit for the best interests of the
Democratic Party and the citizens of the United States.
Philip J. Berg, Esquire stated in his lawsuit that Senator Obama: 1. Is not a naturalized citizen; and/or 2. Lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia; and/or 3. Has dual loyalties because of his citizenship with Kenya and
Indonesia.
Berg stated: “I filed this action at this time to avoid the obvious problems that
will occur when the Republican Party raises these issues after Obama is nominated.
There have been numerous questions raised about Obama’s background with no
satisfactory answers. The questions that I have addressed include, but are not limited to:
1. Where was Obama born? Hawaii; an island off of Hawaii; Kenya;
Canada; or ? 2. Was he a citizen of Kenya, Indonesia and/or Canada? 3. What was the early childhood of Obama in Hawaii; in Kenya; in
Indonesia when he was adopted; and later, back to Hawaii? 4. An explanation as to the various names utilized by Obama that
include: Barack Hussein Obama; Barry Soetoro; Barry Obama; Barack
Dunham; and Barry Dunham. 5. Illinois Bar Application – Obama fails to acknowledge use of names
other than Barack Hussein Obama, a blatant lie.
If Obama can prove U.S. citizenship, we still have the issue of muti-citizenship
with responsibilities owed to and allegance to other countries.
Berg continued:
“Eighteen million Democratic Primary voters donated money, volunteered their
time and energy, worked very hard and then not only supported Senator Clinton, but
voted for her and often recruited other supporters as well. All the efforts of supporters of
legitimate citizens were for nothing because this man lied and cheated his way into a
fraudulent candidacy and cheated legitimately eligible natural born citizens from
competing in a fair process and the supporters of their citizen choice for the nomination.
Voters donated money, goods and services to elect a nominee and were defrauded by
Senator Obama's lies and obfuscations. He clearly shows a conscience of guilt by his
actions in using the forged birth certificate and the lies he's told to cover his loss of
citizenship. We believe he does know, supported this belief by his actions in hiding his
secret, in that he failed to regain his citizenship and used documents to further his
position as a natural born citizen. We would also show he proclaims himself a
Constitutional scholar and lecturer, but did not learn he had no eligibility to become
President except by means of lying, obfuscations and deceptions. His very acts proves he
knew he was no longer a natural born citizen. We believe he knew he was defrauding the
country or else why use the forged birth certificate of his half sister?
Americans lost money, goods and services donated in their support of a candidate
who supposedly was a natural born citizen simply because the DNC officers and party
leaders looked the other way and did not demand credentials to answer the questions and
prove whether or not Senator Obama was a legitimately natural born citizen, even in light
of recent information that has surfaced on websites on the Internet suggesting Senator
Obama may not be eligible to become President and questioning his status of multiple
citizenships and questionable loyalties! If the DNC officers and.or leaders had
performed one ounce of due diligence we would not find ourselves in this emergency
predicament, one week away from making a person the nominee who has lost their
citizenship as a child and failed to even perform the basic steps of regaining citizenship
through an oath of allegiance at age eighteen [18] as prescribed by Constitutional laws!
The injunctrive relief must be granted because failing to do so, this inaction
defrauds everyone who voted in the Democratic Primary for a nominee that is a fair
representation of the voters. Failure to grant injunctive relief would allow a corrupted,
fraudulent nomination process to continue. It not only allows, but promotes an
overwhelming degree of disrespect and creates such a lack of confidence in voters of the
primary process itself, so that it would cement a prevailing belief that no potential
candidate has to obey the laws of this country, respect our election process, follow the
Constitution, or even suffer any consequence for lying and defrauding voters to get onto
the ballot when they have no chance of serving if they fraudulently manage to get
elected! It is unfair to the country for candidates of either party to become the nominee
when there is any question of their ability to serve if elected.
All judges are lawyers and held to a higher standard of practice than a regular
lawyer. It is this Judicial standard that demands injunctive relief prayed for here. This
relief is predicated upon one of the most basic premises of practicing law which states no
lawyer can allow themselves to be used in furthering a criminal enterprise. And by that
gauge alone, failing to give injunctive relief to the 18 million supporters of the other
candidate, a true natural born citizen eligible to serve if elected, this court must not allow
itself to be used to further the criminal and fraudulent acts to continue and be rewarded
by becoming the Democratic Nominee. Failure to give the injunctive relief prayed for
will insure that a corrupted Presidential election process will only guarantee a show of
unfair preference of one group of people over another group by not demanding the same
rules be applied to all groups equally and fairly, especially in light of the fact that both
candidates are each considered a minority.

The problem was identified after complaints from Ohio elections officials following the March primary there, but the logic error that is the root of the problem has been part of the software for 10 years, said Chris Riggall, a spokesman for Premier Election Solutions, formerly known as Diebold.
The flawed software is on both touch screen and optical scan voting machines made by Premier and the problem with vote counts is most likely to affect larger jurisdictions that feed many memory cards to a central counting database rapidly.

Papers have been filed, not yet scanned into the Pacer system.
The complaint is asking for declaratory (asking the court to declare Obama is not a US citizen, a natural
born citizen and not eligible under the qualifications of the US Constitution to run for Office of President).
Also asking for injunctive relief and an emergency TRO. Further asking for EXPEDITED Discovery.
We are asking that Obama provide a ceritified copy of the oath he took to regain his citizenship.
We are asking for court orders, ordering the state department, HI department of records and other
governmental agencies to turn over any and everything on Obama, all certified.

The suit is filed in Philadelphia in the
US District Court, Eastern District of PA, at 601 Market St, 2nd
floor District Clerk's office. There will be an emergency hearing in
the morning to determine if they will issue the temporary injunction
barring him from running anymore.

Attorney Phil Berg of Philadephia, PA alleges that Obama is not a us
citizen nor his he "natural born" and within the next 30 minutes will
be filing a complaint and motion for a temporary restraining order
prohibiting Obama from running for Office of the President and
enjoining the DNC from naming Obama as a nominee for Democratic
Presidential election.
